Need a bright and clean place to have lunch in midtown Atlanta? I have the perfect spot. It’s called Noon Midtown and it’s wonderful. Take a look:

With great natural light seeping through the window with the simple table arrangements, I instantly felt clean once I entered the doors. The food selection was moderate, yet daily specials made up of the freshest of ingredients and interesting combinations help pump up the standard fare.
My friend, Jon, got a warm sandwich – roasted eggplant panino with goat cheese, sun-dried tomato pesto, balsamic glaze on ciabatta bread. He graciously allowed me to take a bite. Holy yum – it was small, but packed a punch of flavor from the goat cheese/pesto combo.

Jon's grub
I got the mixed green salad which sounds boring, but check out the ingredients: baby lettuces, shaved fennel, pine nuts, goat cheese, herb-balsamic vinaigrette. Excellente!

best of both worlds - healthy and delicious
Side salad of white beans, fennel, other herbs rounded out my lunch:

now it's a meal
They also carry Counter Culture coffees, which is the best choice to bring back to the office to get you through the afternoon with a nice amount of pep in your step. A simple meal at a newish restaurant is all I need to spice up the mid-week funk – this one is a winner, so give it a try.
